Value Assignment with gfortran and ifort

Complied with gfortran, a value assignment is a must after the declaration, otherwise strange large numbers would show up.

ifort instead would assign zero to claimed but unassigned variables.

    Implicit Interface in FORTRAN

Want to pass a variable out of a subroutine (explicit/implicit)?

    (1) Declare the variables in an explicit module and USE it.

Alternative:  (2) With an implicit interface, declare it in the calling program not the subroutine.

Avoid using implicit interface anywhere possible, weird things happen and cannot be tracked.
